Discover Newport takes places on Penn Avenue - just off Market Street/Route 34 between Front Street and Second Street. For GPS directions, please use 10 Penn Avenue, Newport, PA 17074.

We will have many fun activities at Discover Newport!
Explore our local history by taking a walking tour of Newport and meet NRPS's mascot Millie the Mule as she pulls our canal boat, all located in the parking lot at Kauffman's Service Center, just off Penn Avenue. Stop by the NRPS to pick up a map showing the historical markers, monuments and murals throughout the town.
View the impressive collection of Vacuum Grip Pliers and Snap-On tools owned by Dale Rudy and other avid collectors of these heritage tools. Take a short walk to the PCCA Gallery in the square for a book signing.
Fun and games for kids presented by Terror Farm and Newport Public Library. Take a photo at our custom Greetings from Newport vintage-inspired postcard.
